Randy Estrin is the Tlingit & Haida 2024-2025 Emerging Leader. The position is part of the Executive Council and was created to enhance the leadership skills of tribal citizen youth. The position provides young adults with opportunities to acquire important knowledge about Tlingit & Haida, its processes and organizational structure, and valuable hands-on leadership experience.

Estrin is studying financial analytics at Bentley University as a Dean’s Leadership Scholar and graduate assistant. He is interested in Investment Banking and Investing, and is actively pursuing a career in these spaces. He serves as a board member for the non-profit Shades of Thorpe.
